After years in the corporate MSP world, Jason saw the same pattern repeat over and over. Clients were treated like ticket numbers, support was slow and unhelpful, and many MSPs pushed confusing services that never matched what the client actually needed.
Jason knew there had to be a better way.
So he built it.
